The raw materials that are to be used are thoroughly inspected by the technically qualified members of the quality control team, in terms of thickness, weight, chemistry and physical properties,OD,ID,length..etc.
 
• 2. Process Control :
The process control step finds out the kind of machineries used in the production process
 
• 3. Final Inspection :
After the production of the auto parts, the products are sent for final inspection for the best quality
 
• 4. Packaging of Auto Parts :
Once the members of the quality control team approves the manufactured products, the auto parts are sent for packaging. The packaging process is again systematically supervised by the quality control members.
 
• 5. Dispatch :
After the quality control team of Kunal Autocomp have ensured the international quality of the auto parts, the products are dispatched to the market for sale
